I purchased office 365 Pro Plus two years ago and never had any issues, but I got a new laptop yesterday and I couldn’t log into the account from two years ago, I had lost the password. The nice customer service worker I chatted with gave me a coupon to purchase the product again and it was just as uncomplicated and easy as last time. Any time I need anything Windows and Office related I will definitely shop here
