Once your order has been placed, you can use our automated Confirmation ID tool to receive your Confirmation ID within minutes.
Instructions to how to get Confirmation ID for the phone activation :
1-) After you setup your software you can enter your product key to complete the activation then when the Activation Wizard asks you the activation method you need to select the second option “I want to activate the software by telephone” in the activation wizard and continue.
Then you will see Installation ID which is 63-digit numbers.
2-) You can get your Confirmation ID by entering your 63-digit Installation ID in the tool above, together with your order number, order email, and selected product type.
Or you can call one of the numbers you see on the same screen and following the instructions of the answering machine.
Please note that, in order to get your Confirmation ID without any problems you need to press 0 when it asks how many computers you have installed on.
3-) After you submit your Installation ID you will receive your Confirmation ID, now you can enter your Confirmation ID, and your product will be activated.
